"Super pleased with my shopping experience"
I’m super pleased with the service I received from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift and opted for gift wrapping, and it came all nicely packaged. They even gave me a refund for one of the wrapping sheets they didn’t use. The present got here fast and without any hassle. Really satisfied!

"I'm really happy about the experience"
I'm really happy about the experience I had with this company. I've ordered a Christmas present from here and choose gift wrapping and it arrived so nicely packed. They even refunded me for one of the paper sheets they didn't use. The gift arrived quickly and seamlessly. Really happy.

"A shopping experience that was way too stressful."
I always thought buying stuff online was meant to be straightforward, but that wasn’t the case this time.

After I ordered 6 towels, I got an email saying they messed up their stock and only had 4 available. They offered me some alternatives that just didn’t fit, and after some back and forth, they finally said, ‘Oh, we found them after all.’ Talk about unnecessary hassle! Then, to top it off, they sent my package to the wrong address! The delivery photo from DPD showed some random person had my stuff. Naturally, I was worried he might keep it or not even answer the door. I had to go to this guy’s place to track down my parcel. Not cool at all. Thankfully, he turned it down. I shot them an email, but their reply didn’t even acknowledge their blunder. Instead, it was a sort of half-hearted apology about how I didn’t get it the way I wanted (which was to pick it up from a shop). Eventually, I got my towels (they were well packaged and what I expected), but it took way too much back and forth. If they had just done things right from the start, none of this would’ve happened. For all the stress I went through, this has to be my worst online shopping experience ever, and it’s all thanks to the staff’s incompetence.

"An unnecessarily stressful experience."
I thought online shopping was supposed to be simple and easy, not the case here.

After purchasing 6 x towels I get an email saying their inventory is incorrect and they only have 4. I am offered unsuitable alternatives, there is back and forth, and then ‘oh we found them after all.’ Unnecessary stress. Then they send my parcel to THE WRONG ADDRESS! The DPD delivery photo showed a complete stranger had received my parcel. Of course I feared that he might keep it/not answer the door etc. I had to go this stranger’s house to try and find my parcel. Not happy. Luckily, he refused it. I emailed and the response made no acknowledgement of their mistake, instead a kind of toxic apology that I hadn’t received it the way I had requested (to collect from a shop.) I finally received them (well packaged, items as expected) but not without a lot of back and forth, which if things had been done correctly in the first place wouldn’t have been needed. For all the unnecessary stress, this rates as my worst online shopping experience ever, and that is down to the incompetence of the staff.

"Fantastic Experience with Our Sofa Purchase"
We got our Hay Sofa from Really Well Made, and honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled with both the sofa and the service we received. They kept us in the loop about everything and were quick to let us know if there were any hold-ups. I really appreciate that they’re a small business, and we had the chance to visit their showroom to check out the sofa and chat with the team about our options. We never had to hunt them down for updates, and the whole process was pretty seamless. I’d definitely suggest shopping here; unlike some other places, we enjoyed consistently great service both before and after we made our purchase.

"Great Service when we purchased our Sofa"
We bought our Hay Sofa from Really Well Made. We couldn’t be happier with the sofa and the service from Really Well Made.
We were kept up to date on progress and they informed us proactively when there were delays. I love that they are a small business and we were able to go to their showroom to see the sofa and discuss options with the staff.
We didn’t have to chase for updates and everything was pretty smooth in dealing with the store.
I would highly recommend buying from this store, unlike some other stores we had consistently good service before and after our purchase.

"Dania Step Ladder"
We got ourselves a Dania Step Ladder that showed up yesterday, and we’re really happy with it. There were some hiccups with our order, but Clare took care of everything for us. It was all good, just took a little longer to get here than we thought. A great company to work with, really has that personal touch.

We ordered a Dania Step Stool which arrived yesterday and we love it. There were a few complications with our order but Clare sorted them out for us, all good, just took a bit longer to arrive than expected. A nice company to deal with, very personal touch.

"Fantastic selection, solid inventory and support"
We’ve purchased different parts for our String Shelving from Really Well Made, and most of it has been available (even a desk that really helped us during lockdown). If something wasn’t in stock, the delivery info was spot on.

We’ve dealt with other companies that took our money and then kept delaying delivery dates (one time, it got pushed back to 5 months).

Their communication is top-notch. The delivery service is reliable (or you can pick it up from their place in London), and the team is super friendly.

Definitely recommend!

"A great range, good stocks and service"
We’ve bought various components for our String Shelving from Really Well Made, much of it has been in stock (even a desk that saved us in lockdown) but if not the delivery advice has been accurate.

We’ve had other businesses take the payment then push out delivery dates repeatedly (in one case, to 5 months).

Communication is great. Good delivery service (or collection from there premises in London), friendly team.

Highly recommended!

"Got Myself the String Pocket"
I picked up the String pocket, and it’s a beautifully crafted piece that made me want to grab a few more things from the String collection. Always, Really Well Made has been top-notch with their customer service all the way through.

"Outstanding Support from the Team"
Outstanding support from the team. I reached out to ask if they could grab something from a brand they carried—though they didn’t have that specific design. Not only did they manage to get it from Sweden, but they also sent another item ahead of time just in case there were any hold-ups, and they kept me in the loop with updates the whole way. Plus, they offered beautiful gift wrapping—truly the best service I’ve had in ages.

"Exceptionanal customer service"
Exceptionanal customer service. I emailed to see if they could get something from a brand they stocked- although they did not stock that actual design. They not only obtained it from Sweden, they sent another item in advance in case of any delays and were so clear with updates throughout. Plus offered gorgeous giftwrap- the best service I have experienced for a long time.
